Do I need to be fast to join?

No. We welcome curious first-timers and experienced trail runners alike. We split into groups by pace, adjust to the group, and make sure no one gets left behind. Runs are led in English, so locals, internationals, and visitors can all feel at home.

When and where do we meet?

Every Thursday at 18:00 at Bierstindl, Klostergasse 6, Innsbruck. Check the calendar and our WhatsApp channel for the latest updates.

How far do you run?

We have three groups: Snail (around 6 km with 250 m of climbing), Discovery (around 9.5 km with 350 m), and Advanced (around 13 km with 450 m). Routes vary each week. Allow 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the route and pace. Find inspiration on our routes page or see past runs on Strava.

Does it cost anything? Do I need to sign up?

Our weekly community run is free, with no registration required. Just turn up! If it is your first time, come a little early so we can say hello. Workshops and special events may have separate registration details in the calendar.

What should I bring?

Trail running shoes, water, a light jacket, and a snack are a good start. We also have trail shoes available to try if you do not have your own yet. Bring a headlamp for runs after dark.

What else happens in the community?

Alongside Thursday runs, we get together for workshops, weekend adventures, social events, and seasonal activities such as ski touring. Our WhatsApp group is also a place to arrange spontaneous outings. Check the calendar for what is next.

How do I stay updated or get involved?
